Jeffrey M. Arnold

Forge Commercial Real Estate has a single mission: to provide exceptional services to a select group of clients. Jeff provides each client with 30 years of diverse commercial real estate experience to develop customized and unique strategies. He has completed in excess of $1 billion in transactions including; tenant representation, building agency, sales, financing, investing, developing, and property management.

Jeff's background includes 10-years as a commercial real estate lender and portfolio manager as a VP for Mellon Bank, 7 years as a real estate broker with Cushman & Wakefield and his own firm, ongoing development and investment with Pureland,12 years as the in-house broker handling all operations including management, leasing, construction, dispositions, budgeting and accounting at Brandywine Realty Trust  and Somerset Properties for a 7 million SF portfolio in NJ-PA-DE. Jeff has been investing in and developing properties for over 20-years.

Clients include Advocare, Lockheed Martin, Acme, Virtua Health Care, Ocean First Bank, Cannon Financial, Cooper Hospital, Ballard Spahr, Wendy's, Pureland Industrial Complex, Met Life, Rowan University, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Geico, TD Bank, etc.

Jeff earned a BS from West Chester University and an MBA in Finance from Temple University. He is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He has an extensive list of civic work including the Board of Directors of the Burlington County Chamber of Commerce and American Red Cross, and member of the Haddonfield Zoning Board and coaching many youth sports teams.
